9.1 Programming Screens
Once the system has been physically installed, programming may begin. The user may program an
LCD-160 at anytime, except while there is an unacknowledged alarm present.
9.1.1 Setting the Programming Switch
The Programming
Switch is enabled.
Switch 1 is ON. The
slider is towards the
display screen.

NOTE: Switches 3 and 4 MUST remain in the disabled position.

Screen Displays
The LCD-160's
programming switch
must be enabled to
program the LCD-160.
Set dip switch 1 on
SW17 to permit
programming on the
LCD-160. SW17 is
located on the bottom
edge of the LCD-160
board. To enable, use a
small screwdriver to
slide the switch up
towards the display. To
disable, slide the switch
down away from the
display.
