Instructions for installing the Xantrex SOLAR 30A PWM Charge
Controller are provided here for use by qualified personnel trained in
Recreational Vehicle and Solar power systems.

Do not connect the charge controller to a residential electrical

Connect PV panels in parallel only. Do not connect the PV

panels in series.
Do not ground any PV conductors. The charge controller has

a common negative design.
Use the charge controller with a 12 or 24 VDC nominal battery

system only.
