 Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use.
 Supervise closely when the unit is used near children. Do not allow children to
use the unit. Operate the unit out of reach of children or persons in need of
supervision.
 Never direct the air pencil grinder towards people, animals or plants.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
 For your own safety always use the air quick coupling adaptor to connect the
air pencil grinder to the air supply.
 Wear personal protective equipment. Always wear safety goggles to
protect your eyes when using the air pencil grinder. The air pencil
grinder creates a high noise emission level. Therefore it is
recommended to use appropriate hearing protection when using it. If
you intend to grind wooden material, protect yourself by wearing a
dust mask. Wood dust can cause cancer.
 Wear convenient work clothes. Wear tight clothes, non-slip footwear
and a hair net if you wear long hair or tie it up. Jewellery and loose
clothing may be caught by the moving parts of the tool.
 Do not use the air pencil grinder near flammable liquids, gases or dust. Sparks
may ignite the dust or fumes.
 Do not operate the unit unloaded with full speed for a longer period of time.
 Disconnect the unit from the compressed air source before doing any
maintenance work.
 Only use grinding bits with the air pencil grinder that are suitable for air tools.
 Do not open the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. In case of questions or
problems contact a professional or our customer service. Only use original
replacement parts.
