4.2. Detector Control Unit The PILATUS3 X 6M detector system comes with a detector control unit (DCU) and a PILATUS processing unit (PPU). The DCU is a high power server with a proper software to communicate with the detector. The PPU ensures stable and highly reliable high-speed data transfer and may offer additional computing capacities. -
