CAT-1000-ORP Switch and Keypad Functions Refer to the illustration and the information below to determine the function of the CAT-1000-ORP push buttons. Button 1 - Hidden Button (Located behind “ORP” text) Button 2 -ORP Channel Increase Button... - Page 9 Press the ORP Feed Mode button (#5) to return the ORP channel to the off, manual or automatic feed mode. This will reset the ORP overfeed alarm and restart the overfeed timer. The ORP overfeed alarm will also be reset if the controller is powered off and then back on. Check the flow sensor for any damage or irregularities and make sure that there is no dirt or debris that is stuck on the flow sensor. Make sure that you are getting enough flow in your circulation.
