Effect of inclined position
The field geometry becomes distorted if you mount the transponder in an inclined position. It is recommended to test the
respective configuration before use, as the field geometry differs from the standard configuration in form.

Distorted field geometry
When the transponder corner bracket is aligned at 45°, the working distances and boundary distances are around 75% of
the values of a parallel alignment. Due to the distorted field geometry, it is advisable to perform a test with the final mounting
position of the transponder corner bracket and the reader. The minimum distances and transmission windows can be found
in the system manuals for "SIMATIC RF200" and "SIMATIC RF300".
