Chapter 3: Propulsion and Related Systems
Gasoline Fuel System
The gasoline fuel system consists of a fuel tank, fuel tank vent, anti-siphon valve, engine fuel supply line and fuel
fill. Your vessel contains a new EPA certified fuel system. The system prevents spit back when filling the tank
and lowers the out gassing emissions through the tank and vent.
Thoroughly inspect the fuel system for leaks every time you take on fuel.
Follow both the Sport Boat Owner's Manual fueling instructions and the
engine operation manual fuel recommendations.
Avoid the storage or handling of gear near the fuel lines, fittings and tank.
Carefully read the fuel section of both the Sport Boat Owner's Manual
and the engine operation manual, paying special attention to the
subject of fuel recommendations.
