2 Routine maintenance items
Remarks
You keep them clean and tidy.
Clean and replace the air filter in time
to ensure ventilation and heat
dissipation of the cabinet and the fan
frames.
Keep the fans running during the
device working and switched off
during cleaning. Switching the fans
off randomly increase the temperature
of the device and damage the board.
Keep the vent of the device
uncovered.
Clean the air filters periodically. For
details, see Cleaning the air filter.
Remarks
Nortel recommends a backup power supply
module of the device. If there is no backup,
maintain records.
Remarks
The software versions of the system and
boards meet the requirements.
The versions of the master and standby
boards are identical.
