Field Settings (Function Settings)

Instructions for the function setting of acces s control, fire protection , ON/OFF
1. Factory setting
ON/OFF function is disabled a s factory default while both the access control and fire protectio n
functions are enabled.
To use or cancel the ac cess control / fire protection / (ON/O FF ) function , use the wired controller to
modify the parameter s of indoo r unit.

Pleas e refer to "Indoo r unit paramete r revise" sectio n in TC Manua l for how to use the wired controller
to modify the parameter s of indoo r unit
2. Functio n introduction
(1) Acces s control:
C ontrol mod e to contro l the machin e startup & shutdow n base d on the ON and OFF state of the
access control port.
(2) Fire protection :
C ontrol mod e to control the machine startup & shutdow n base d on the ON and OFF state of the fire
protectio n port.
(3) ON/OFF :
Specia l contro l mod e to achie ve the contro l of indoo r unit startup & shutdown based on the input
state of the fire protectio n port of the indoo r unit (no othe r way can control startup & shutdown) and
outpu t the fault status of indoo r unit through OU T INPU T port.
3. Function setting
(1) Hardware connection

3 pins of the OU T INPU T X2 socke t show n in the electrica l wiring diagra m of Figure 1 will be in short
circuited state by def ault factory setting (an externa l short circuit plug show n in Figure 2, and the OU T
INPUT X2 socke t of main contro l boar d as show n in Figure 3 ).
(Note: the so cket number in circuit is subjec t to the actua l serial number of PC B.)
