Decoder Requirements
The decoder turns off the aim pattern, and responds with a CMD_ACK (if ACK/NAK
handshaking is enabled).
If the aim pattern is not supported, the decoder responds with NAK_DENIED (if ACK/NAK
handshaking is enabled).
