A new window will load prompting you to sign in. Fill in your credentials for the camera.
Your username is: admin
Password: To be provided by Earth Networks Support
Now that you are logged in, you should be able to move and zoom the camera
To move the camera: Either click on the direction you want the camera to go OR click and
drag the plus sign in the middle of the screen to the desired location. The longer the line you
draw the further the camera moves.
To Zoom the camera in and out: Using the wheel on your mouse, scroll up to zoom in or
scroll down to zoom out (Note: after scrolling the desired amount wait a second for the
camera to move); OR on the bottom of the image use the slide bar to zoom in and out.

Captured Images

In order to obtain captured images Port 21 TCP outbound must be open for FTP and Earth
Networks Support must be contacted by calling 800-624-4205 or by emailing
support@earthnetworks.com. The camera must be enabled through Earth Networks Support
in order for captured images to be available.
Now that captured images and live video are visible from the HDPTZ and available on the
network, the rest of the installation may be completed
