4. Inside the housing you will see one side labeled RJ45 and a white connector
disconnected floating in the housing. Connect that conector into the RJ45 slot as
shown below.
5. The mounting arm is now ready to be used for the indoor test.
Indoor Test Setup
1. Set the camera on a soft cloth or surface while setting up the camera to avoid
scratching the clear dome.
2. Plug the camera into the Axis mounting arm using the special Axis RJ45 Connector pre-
wired cable coming from the housing.
3. Plug one end of the 200ft ethernet cable into the RJ45 jack of the mounting arm.
4. Plug the other end into the "Out" side of the PoE+ Injector
5. Plug in the Network surge protector into the "in" side of the PoE Injector
6. Plug in the short ten foot ethernet cable into the Network Surge RJ 45 connector
7. Plug in the other end of the 10ft ethernet cable into your local network jack
8. Plug in the power cord into the PoE Injecotor
9. For power, plug the power supply into an electrical outlet.
