    Symantec FileStore N8300 Event Reference 1 Overview Overview About This Chapter Event information that are automatically recorded by Integrated Storage Manager (ISM) during the operating of N8300 can be useful for troubleshooting problems that may occur. This chapter describes the event levels and event signal flows.

    Symantec FileStore N8300 1 Overview Event Reference 1.1 Event Level This section describes the event levels. Event Level An event level indicates the severity of an event to the N8300. The event level is displayed on the ISM and can be classified into the following levels: Critical This level indicates that a fault has caused service interruption or device failure.
