Focusing Ring
Trigger
1.
MEMORY:
This camera has internal memory for image storage.
2.
POWER:
Open the battery cover on the side of the handle and insert a charged battery. The battery is charged
by the included adapter which is plugged into the camera under the AC cover at the base of the handle. (Battery
life indicator is displayed in the lower right corner of the LCD screen)
3.
START:
Press and hold the Power button until the LED turns on indicating the camera is initiating its start
sequence.
 Remove the lens cap.
 The LCD display will turn on and you will see the default start up screen with a live infrared image.
To turn the camera off hold the Power Button.
4.
FOCUS:
Focus is achieved by manually rotating the focusing ring on the infrared camera lens.
5.
AUTO ADJUST:
in the auto adjust mode.
6.
MANUAL ADJUST:
the navigation pad's directional keys highlight Manual Adjust then press the Menu/Yes
again to place the camera in manual mode.
 To adjust Span (in Manual mode) use the left and right arrows of the Navigation Pad to
increase or decrease the image span. Arrow heads will appear in the palette bar to
indicate the direction of change.
 To adjust Level use the up and down arrows of the Navigation Pad to raise or lower the
image level. Indicators in the palette bar will again appear.
NOTE: While in the manual mode you can still have the camera perform an auto adjust by
pulling and releasing the trigger.
