3 Locate the screw securing the CMA to the rear of the chassis and remove it.
4 Gently move back the CMA and pull out the cables from the server board side of the chassis. The
cables should now be on the tray side of the chassis.
5 Remove the CMA screw connected to the rear of the hard drive tray.
6 Disconnect the cables from the SAS expander board and pull them out of the hard drive tray.
7 Remove the CMA from the chassis. Make sure the cable ends do not catch on any components during
removal to avoid damaging the server or the cables.
