PREPARING THE TAPPING
BLOCK
Place the tapping block (G) inside
the pivot base (D).
Insert the tapping block holder (H)
into the grooves of the tapping
block and push them between the
bolts to the base of the tapping
block.

STICK THE RUBBER PAD ON
THE TAPPING BLOCK
(no pad required for kits with
wooden tapping block)
Peel off the protective film from the
rubber pad and center the pad
on the tapping block. Press firmly
on the pad.

PUSH DOWN THE STAKE
DO NOT HIT THE PLASTIC
TAPPING BLOCK WITHOUT
USING THE RUBBER PAD.
Lower the assembled stake into the
pilot hole.
Push down the stake by hitting
on the tapping block (G) with a
sledgehammer of 10 lbs or more.
Push the stake into the ground until
the base of the pivot is even with
the ground.
*For assemblies including flange nuts (intergrated washer nuts), you will not have flat washers in your kit.
