SPECIAL NOTICE FOR ALL
Nascar Shifter Reinforcement Kit
1. Remove the 4 Tamper Proof screws securing the shifter plate and remove the shifter
plate. Note: Save all parts removed for re-installation process.
2. Remove the 4 bolts securing the shifter ease the shifter out, unplug it from the game and
remove the shifter.
3. Using the template provided, drill four 5/16" bracket mounting holes in the top of the
console. (see figure below)

Remove the 4 Tamper Proof screws securing the shifter plate and remove the shifter plate.
  • Page 2 Page 4. Using the template provided, drill two 9/32” bracket mounting holes in each side of the 2 of 4 console as shown. 5. Using the four-20 X 1” Carriage Bolts, nuts & washkers provided, mount each of the two brackets to the inside walls of the console as shown.

Using the four - 20 X 1” flat-head machine screws provided, secure the top each of the Page brackets to the wooden console as shown below, then tighten the nuts on the carriage 3 of 4 bolts. 7. Place the 2 spacer plates as shown below left, and then plug in the shifter re-install the shifter assembly using the same 4 hex bolts removed earlier.
