Cause
The safety input mode setting

the combination not allowed.

Wiring to reset input terminals
X1, X2 and X3 are different from
the initial status due to discon-
nection or shorting.
Wired safety sensor (Light cur-
tain, scanner etc) is OFF.
Wired safety contact (emergency
etc.) is "Open".
No wiring of the safety input ter-
minals SIN+, SIN1, SIN2, SIN-,
SI+, SO+, SO-, SI-. Or the wiring
is not perfectly completed..
Influenced from noise etc.
Internal circuit is failed.
Cause
Set the safety input mode setting switch and
the sensor connection number setting switch
correctly.
Replace this device.
Turn the power OFF, restore the switch set-
tings and restart this device.
Replace this device.
Check wring of reset input terminals X1, X2
and X3.
Check wiring, power voltage and power
capacity.
Be sure the safety sensor is ON
Use 2NC (Normal Close) contacts
Be sure 2NC (Normal Close) contacts are
"Close"
Check wiring of safety input terminals SIN+,
SIN1, SIN2, SIN-, SI+, SO+, SO- and SI- and
perform correct wiring.
Check noise environment around this device.
If correct performance cannot be obtained,
contact us.
Be sure detecting output indicators (green) of sensor
connected are all light up. Clean up liquid on sensor.
Match the control output 1 / 2 (OSSD 1 / 2) and output
polarity of sensor
Replace the sensor.
