Chapter 2: Site Preparation and Installation
Two-Post Rack
To install the SafeGuard Controller in a two-post rack, follow these steps:
1
Lift the controller carefully from the packing material, and set it on a flat work
surface.

Using the screws from the mounting accessory kit, attach one rack-mounting
bracket to the middle of each side, as shown in
Figure 9

Slide the controller into the rack, and align the mounting holes.

Using screws appropriate to the equipment rack, attach the brackets to the rack, as
shown in
