Problem
I cannot connect the
shaver.
I want to use the
shaver without the
app.
Possible cause
You have not
downloaded the app.
Your shaver and
smartphone are not
paired yet.
The first pairing
attempt failed.
The smartphone
cannot find the
shaver.

Solution
Download the
GroomTribe or
SkinAnalyst app from
your App store.
Make sure the shaver
and smartphone
are paired (see
'Preparing for use').
Reset/unpair
the shaver and
smartphone and try
to pair them again.
Make sure your
smartphone is
equipped with
Bluetooth 4.1 or
higher.
Make sure Bluetooth
is activated on the
shaver and the
smartphone.
Make sure the shaver
is charged.
You do not have to
connect your shaver
with your phone
before each shave.
Just make sure that
you connect it at
least once per 20
shaves to allow
synchronization of
your shave data.
