Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a quali-
fied person.
Never stand or work beneath a raised load.
Do not use the cable winch in the rain and do not expose the housing to direct
sunlight in order to avoid overheating and activating the temperature fuse.
Do not use the unit in damp or wet environments or in the vicinity of combus-
tible fluids or gases.
Do not overload the cable winch. Only use the cable winch up to its maximum
load capacity. Any load details on the lifting hook are for its maximum load
capacity not for the cable winch!
The unit is not designed for continuous, professional use.
Protect the power cord from heat, oil and sharp edges. Protect the steel cable
from sharp edges. Immediately replace a damage steel cable.
For using the unit, we recommend the use of an RCD. In Switzerland the
utilisation of an RCD is obligatory.
Modifications on the cable winch are not allowed.
Do not lift persons with the cable winch and do not divert the unit from its
intended use.
Should the unit become damaged do not use it and have it repaired by a
professional or contact our customer support department. Do not disassemble
the unit or try repairing it yourself.
