2) Mechanical Washing
1) Using the Socket Wrench, divide the case and bolt fixed on the lower plate of SCHEX.
2) Spray the Water to the horizontal direction for washing of the entire coil.
3) Brush the coil to the rotating direction and with spraying water.
4) Remove the scale divide from coil with spraying.
5) Assemble the case of SCHEX with Socket Wrench.
6) Operate the system after assembly.
3) Chemical / Mechanical Washing
5 % Phosphoric acid
1) After open upper plate of SCHEX, put 5% Phosphoric acid aqueous solution in the case. And close the upper plate.
2) After about 1 hour, discharge 5% Phosphoric acid aqueous solution through the drain pipe.
3) Using the Socket Wrench, divide the case and bolt fixed on the lower plate of SCHEX.
4) Scrub the Coil to the direction from row 4 to row 1 with size Ø 6~8 mm brush.
5) Spray the Water to the horizontal direction for washing of the entire coil.
6) Assemble the case of SCHEX with Socket Wrench.
7) Open the upper plate then circulates the water intermixed with NaOH, discharge the water through the drain
pipe.
8) Operate the system after assembly.
WARNING
• Frequently and at regular intervals, observe interior and exterior condition of all tubes and keep
them clean. Neglect in keeping all tubes clean may result in complete stoppage of flow.
At least recommend to check heat exchanger annually.
• Do not make wet the internals of outside unit, when washing the heat exchanger.
