Before first Use

Remove the multi-channel remote control out of the packaging and
check for damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging material or store it out of reach of children.
Plastic bags may become a deadly toy for children.

Inserting the Battery

The remote control is powered by a 3 V button
cell of the type CR2032.
1. To insert the battery, push back the battery
compartment lid from the rear side of the
unit. Insert the battery into the battery com-
partment (4) and observe right polarity. The
+pole has to face up when inserting the bat-
tery.
2. Close the battery compartment. Press down
all key to check proper function. When pressing each key and
the LED lights up red, the battery is inserted correctly.

Correlation of ON/OFF Keys

The remote control is equipped with 2 ON/OFF pair of keys for
group A and B and has a selector switch for 3 different transmission
ranges. The switch setting 0 has no function. In association with
both groups A and B a well as with the 3 different transmission
ranges, a variety of receivers can be switched on and off with this
remote control.
Application Examples:

The 1 transmission range can be used for switching on an off all
connected and learned receivers e. g. at the front of the house.

The 2 transmission range can be used for switching on and off all
connected and learned receivers e. g. behind the house or in the
vicinity of a garage.
