Kit CSF48 Montage Montage GEFAHR Herabstürzende Lasten Tod oder schwere Verletzungen • Stellen Sie geeignete Hebevorrichtungen bereit. • Alle damit verbundenen Sicherheitshinweise sind strikt einzuhalten! WARNUNG Gerät unter Spannung Verletzungsgefahr durch Stromschlag • Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Netzspannung. - Page 4 Montage Kit CSF48 1. Lösen und entfernen Sie die 16 Schrauben an den vier Füßen des Probenehmers (in der Abb. wird der Probenehmer von unten dargestellt). Stellen Sie den Probenehmer hierfür schräg, aber legen Sie ihn nicht hin. a0016159 2. Schrauben Sie den Ablaufflansch an der Unterseite des Probenehmers ab.
- Page 5 Kit CSF48 Montage 3. Schrauben Sie die Schlauchtülle auf den Ablaufflansch und legen Sie den Flachdichtring in die Aus- sparung am Ablaufflansch. a0016263 4. Schrauben Sie den Ablaufflansch mit der Schlauchtülle und dem Flachdichtring am Probenehmer fest. Daran können Sie nun Schläuche befestigen um Flüssigkeiten aus dem Probenraum kontrolliert ableiten zu können (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
- Page 6 Montage Kit CSF48 7. Heben Sie den Probenehmer mit einer geeigneten Hebevorrichtung und unter Berücksichtigung der damit verbundenen Sicherheitshinweise auf den Sockel. 8. Verschrauben Sie den Sockel mit 16 Linsenschrauben am Probenehmer. a0016157 9. Schrauben Sie die Sockelrückwand wieder am Sockel fest.

Unscrew and remove the 16 screws on all four bases of the sampler (in the figure you see the sampler from the bottom). Therefor tilt the sampler but do not place it on the ground. a0016159 2.
- Page 10 Installation Kit CSF48 3. Screw the hose tail together with the drainage flange und put the flat sealing ring into the cut-out on the drainage flange. a0016263 4. Screw the drainage flange with the hose tail and the flat sealing ring toghether with the sampler.
