Leakage Detection

1. Using a leakage detector: Check for leaks with the leakage detector.
2. Using soapy water: If you do not have access to a leakage detector, use soapy water for
leakage detection. Apply soapy water at the suspected source of the leak for three (3)
minutes. If you see bubbles coming out of the suspected source of the leak, then a leak is
present.

Test Operation

 Connect the unit to a power supply and press the ON / OFF button on the remote control to
begin operation.
 Press the "MODE" button to select the AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN, and HEAT modes. Check
whether the operation is normal in each mode.
 If the ambient temperature is below 16° C (61° F), the air conditioner won't be able to start
cooling.
