    About This Document About This Document Purpose This document describes emergency maintenance for the HUAWEI ME60 in terms of emergency maintenance for device faults, emergency maintenance for service faults, fault information collection, and instructions on restarting devices. This document describes the procedure and method for emergency maintenance for the HUAWEI ME60.

  • Page 11: Precautions For Emergency Maintenance

    When an emergency occurs, keep calm and check whether the hardware and route of the ME60 are normal. Then, check whether the emergency is caused by the ME60. If so, handle the emergency according to the predetermined emergency handling schemes or the processing procedures in this manual.

    Maintenance personnel need maintain a detailed record of the emergency maintenance procedures, notify Huawei of the type of the board to be replaced, and apply for a backup board according to the warranty articles. This can help Huawei technical support personnel to rectify the fault sooner.
