Front Panel Operation
Status Mode
The Status Mode is a troubleshooting tool which displays the state of the various user-
configurable settings on the OP940. It can also be used to quickly check the unit's settings
before beginning to test. The settings, which are displayed on this screen, are as follows:
IL Settings
• IL Pass Threshold
• IL Precision
• IL Dwell Time
RL Settings
• RL Pass Threshold
• DUT Length
• Scan Offset
• RL Dwell Time
Miscellaneous Settings
• Temperature Units
• Startup Mode
Additionally, the Status Mode displays the revision numbers for key firmware on the unit.
