This is not a fault or problem and should be ignored unless the ceramics fall apart. The thickest piece size for high-efficiency and use in the Walltherm Air® fire should not exceed about 150mm (6 in.) across the largest dimension, or weigh no more than approximately 1.kg. A range of smaller pieces will be needed for effective starting as described in the lighting instructions.

WAllTHERm AIR® WOOD FIRE ClEANING The fire requires frequent and thorough cleaning as well as periodical inspection to guarantee it will work properly and ensure constant heat efficiency.
