Hints:
Some programmes will emit signal sounds during operation. These
sounds are to prompt you to add further dry ingredients. Open the lid
and put in some ingredients. Close the lid.
After finishing baking process you will hear a continuous sound.
If desired, abort warm keeping function by pressing the button
START/STOP for approx. 3 seconds. Otherwise the bread maker will
keep the bread warm for 1 hour.
Allow the bread to cool down for some minutes before taking out. The
baking pan and bread may be very hot, always handle with care.
Open the lid (be careful, steam can emit from the bread maker) and
while using bread maker mitts, firmly grasp the baking pan and take
out. Allow the baking pan to cool down before removing the bread.
Then use non-stick spatula to gently loosen the sides of the bread from
the pan. Turn baking pan upside down and gently shake until bread
falls out.
Leave the bread to cool down for about 20 minutes before slicing.
Before slicing the loaf, remove the kneading paddle hidden on the
bottom of the loaf. Caution! The kneading paddle may be hot. Do not
grasp the kneading paddle with bare hands.
