The programme "Toast" is used for making bread for
sandwiches. These breads have a light texture with thinner
crust.

The programme "Mischen/Kneten" is for preparing dough
without rise and baking process. Remove the dough from the
pan for making, e. g. Pizza, bread rolls etc.
Delayed baking is not possible.
8 1:20
The programme "Marmelade" is used for boiling jams and
marmalade. Fruits and vegetables must be chopped before
putting into the baking pan.
Delayed baking is not possible.
9 3:20
The programme "Joghurt" is for baking bread made by yogurt.
Attention: The programme is not suitable for preparing yogurt!
10 1:30
The programme "Hefeteig" is suitable for preparing dough with
rise process. Remove the dough after finishing.
Delayed baking is not possible.
11 1:30
The programme "Schnellbacken" is for super rapid baking
programme. Kneading, rise and baking time are faster than the
basic programme. The bread baked with this programme is
smaller and of hard crust.
Delayed baking is not possible.
12 1:00
The programme "Backen" can be used from baking ready-
made mistures and for re-baking white bread. The baking time
can be adjusted with the buttons "Zeit".
