•
Ensure the machine is
properly connected and
power is supplied.
•
Check for a power
failure in your area.
•
Check the leakage
protector switch.
•
Turn the tap on.
•
Ensure the water pipe
has not frozen.
• Ensure the filter is not
obstructed.
•
Ensure the household
water supply is
uninterrupted.
•
Ensure the drainpipe is
connected securely.
•
Drain height too high.
• Ensure the drainpipe
has been blockage or
not.
•
Ensure the drain-pipe
length.
•
Ensure hot water has
not been used.
•
The water temperature
is high when washing.
•
Ensure the washer is
level and steady.
•
Ensure you do not have
too many large, bulky
items in the wash.
•
Load fewer towels into
the wash.
• Avoid placing rolled up
blankets into the
machine.
Solution
Press the
Start/Pause button.
Press the
Start/Pause button.
The door will be
automatically locked
until the
temperature drops
to a safe level.
Add two items of
clothing and press
Start/pause.
Close the door
properly and then
press Start/ Pause to
restart.
