13) Connect the 3 connectors disconnected in step 8, and return the Wire Saddle to its
original position.
14) Free the cable from the Edge Saddle, and install the cover of the Line Expansion Kit (2-
line).
• 3 Screws (Use the screws removed in step 6.)
CAUTION:
When installing the cover of the Line Expansion Kit (2-line), be careful not to trap
cables.

15) Connect the connector, and secure it in place using the 2 Wire Saddles.

16) Return the removed covers to their original positions.
• Left Rear Cover (4 Screws)
• Rear Cover (4 Screws) (Tighten the screws in the following order: upper left, lower left,
upper right, and then lower right.)
17) Remove the 2 Dust Covers.
18) Connect the Telephone Cords that were disconnected in step 1.
19) Connect one of the 2 Telephone Cords or the 2 PTT Plugs to the modular jack on the host
machine and the other cord to the modular jack on the wall.
