Using Bluetooth wireless devices (select models only)

A Bluetooth device provides short-range wireless communications that replace the physical cable
connections that traditionally link electronic devices such as the following:
Computers (desktop, notebook, tablet)
Phones (cellular, cordless, smartphone)
Imaging devices (printer, camera)
Audio devices (headset, speakers)
Mouse
External keyboard
Bluetooth devices provide peer-to-peer capability that allows you to set up a PAN of Bluetooth
devices. For information about configuring and using Bluetooth devices, see the Bluetooth software
Help.

Connecting Bluetooth devices

Before you can use a Bluetooth device, follow these steps to establish a Bluetooth connection:
1.
From the Start screen, tap

On the PC and devices screen, slide the Bluetooth switch to the right to turn on Bluetooth.
3.
Select the Bluetooth device that you want to add, and then select Pair.
4.
If the device requires verification, a pairing code is displayed. On the device you are adding,
follow the on-screen instructions to verify that the code matches.
5.
Immediately check for an authorization message on the device to which you are connecting, and
then follow the on-screen instructions.

Sharing using NFC (select models only)

Your tablet supports NFC, which allows you to share with other NFC devices. You can transfer
photos, contacts, websites, and a lot more. You can even tap to wirelessly pair two devices, such as
your phone and a set of speakers. To learn more about NFC, see Windows Help and Support.
From the Start screen, tap
