1. REPEAT REC
Indicates repeat recording is ON.
2. RECORD LOCK
Indicates record settings are locked and cannot be
accidentally erased.
3. Cassette status indicator
Illuminates when tape is inserted.
4. Timer record
Appears when the timer record option is programmed.
5. REC indicator
Illuminates during recording and when TIMER REC is set to
ON.
6. CLOCK indicator
Indicates the current time.
7. COUNT indicator
Indicates the relative position on the tape.
8. REMAIN indicator
Indicates the tape's remaining time.
ERROR MODE
E-1: Displayed when no tape is loaded.
E-2: Displayed when tape does not insert or eject.
E-3: Displayed when the tape will not eject.
E-4: Displayed when tape will not move.
E-5: Displayed when drum is out of order.

9. ALARM indicator
Appears when an alarm recording occurs and remains on
ALARM RECALL list.
10. PF indicator
Indicates a power failure occurred.
11. PLAY, CUE, REVIEW, STILL, SLOW
Indicates the tape operation.
12. TAB indicator
Appears when the tape has no security tab.
13. END indicator
Appears when the tape reaches the end during recording.
14. Link indicator
Appears when LINK REC is turned on.
15. DIGIT, Error indicator
Indicates Clock, Count, Remain and error mode.
16. Speed indicator
Indicates tape speed during playback or recording.
