HOW TO USE THE SHUTTLE RING

The shuttle ring is the outer dial. When the VCR is in STOP mode, the shuttle ring can be rotated to the left or right then released, and
the VCR will engage in the REWIND or FAST FORWARD function. While in the REWIND or FAST FORWARD mode, the shuttle ring
can be rotated and held to engage the LOGIC search mode. Releasing the shuttle ring returns it to the REWIND or FAST FORWARD
function.

When a picture is in the still mode, the video can be viewed at variable
speeds, including slow motion, by rotating and holding the shuttle ring
at different positions. The figure on the right illustrates the action that
will occur at various positions. The VCR returns to the still mode upon
release of the shuttle ring.

DURING PLAYBACK MODE
