Checking safety cutoff

Procedure:
1 Switch on machine.
2 Open jaw slowly after warming up. Check
if the button lights turn off before the
maximal jaw opening distance of 35 mm
is reached.
If lights turn off before, the test is ok.
If lights do not turn off before, repeat the test
if necessary and check reed contact for jaw
position detection (see page 49).
3 Open jaw fully.
4 Close jaw slowly. Check if the button
lights turn on after the maximal jaw
closing distance of 18 mm is reached.
If lights turn on after, the test is ok.
If lights do not turn on after, repeat the test if
necessary and check reed contact for jaw
position detection (see page 49).
