Switching automatic air-recircu-
lation on and off
In automatic air-recirculation mode, the outside-air
supply is automatically controlled depending on the
air quality. At outside temperatures below approx. 5
°C, air-recirculation mode is deactivated automati-
cally to prevent the windows from misting.

In extended manual air recirculation mode, the win-
dows may mist up. As no fresh air is supplied, the
driver can get tired and become less attentive.
e Do not switch on manual air-recirculation mode
for an extended period.
In some countries, air-recirculation mode can be
switched on and off using the button in the centre
console or using the PCM touch display.

ionisation can help achieve better air quality in the
passenger compartment.

SYNC mode is switched on or off. When SYNC
mode is activated, the displayed values for the
passenger's side change to the driver's values.

e Switch on SYNC mode in PCM for maximum
passenger compartment comfort.
