* Due to using the monitor for expanded periods of time may cause eyes strain, also pain in part
of the body such as neck, arm, elbow, shoulder and back� To reduce for eyes strain, neck, arm,
elbow, shoulder and back pain from using the monitor for the expanded periods of time, please
take care below suggest:

Set the screen distance of the monitor between 20 inches to 28 inches (50 cm to 70 cm) from
your eyes�

Wink appropriately will helpful to reduce eyes strain after long time usage of the monitor�

Take breaks for 20 minutes every two hours�
