8.6 Combination of Gate section and Envelope section

I only want to mention only one of many possibilities to combine the Gate
and the envelope section, because, as mentioned above, there is a unique
preparation by an internal pre wire between jack 8 (Env-Gate) and jack 7
(Gate-Reset). It's to insert a hold phase after the attack phase:
1.) The envelope will get started regular by Env-Gate (jack 8)
2.) Decay active out (jack 16) has to tie up to Gate (jack 1)
3.) Gate Out (jack 2) is to tie up to Hold (jack 16)
