Combination Switch

1 Low beam (turn lighting switch
clockw ise two notches)
2 High beam (turn lighting switch
clockw ise two notches)
3 Headlam p flasher (high beam
available independent of lighting
switch position)
4 Turn signals, right
5 Turn signals, left
To operate the turn signals, m ove the
com bination switch past the point of
resistance (up o r dow n).The switch is
a utom atically cancelled when the
steering wheel is turned by a large
enough angle.
To signal mi nor d ire ctio n a lch a n g e s o f
th e ve h icle .su c h a sc h a n g in g la n e s o n
a highway, move com bination switch
to the point of resistance only and
hold it there.

tem
W hen the w asher system is
sw itched on, the w ipers also
operate
7 W indshield w iper control
0 W indshield w iper switched off
1 Interm ittent wiping
II Norm al w iper speed
III High w iper speed
Hints:
If one of the turn signals fails, the turn
signal ind ica tor system flashes and
sounds at a faster sequence than
under norm al operating conditions.
Fog lam ps will only operate together
with low beam headlam ps. Fog lam ps
are turned off autom atically when
lighting switch is returned to off-
position.
