    Establish Vehicle Communication Connect the VCI to the vehicle’s DLC, which is generally located under the vehicle dash. Connect the VCI to the tester via Bluetooth pairing. Check the VCI icon at the top right corner of the screen. The icon will be displayed with a green check mark on it if the connection is successful.
