Chain looper thread is too tight

Balanced tension -
Triple Cover stitch has correct tension when the needle threads
sew three rows of straight stitching on the topside and the chain
looper forms a zigzag on the underside of the fabric.
Chain looper thread is too tight -
Decrease the chain looper tension dial to a lower number.
Chain looper thread is too loose -
Increase the chain looper tension dial to a higher number.
