Chain looper thread is too tight
under side
Chain looper thread is too loose
under side
Balanced tension -
Chain stitch has correct tension when the needle thread sews a
straight seam on the top side and the chain looper thread forms
loops on the under side of the fabric.
Chain looper thread is too tight -
Decrease the chain looper tension dial to a lower number.
Chain looper thread is too loose -
Increase the chain looper tension dial to a higher number.
