Apply foam glue to the outlined area. Wing Installation Locate the two wing halves. Fold the wing into position. Pay attention to align the edge. Wait for at least 3-5 minute until the glue has cured. Use the same procedure for the other wing halves. Apply hot melt glue to the surface of the reinforcement strip.

Apply foam glue to the edge of the base and the panels. Locate the lower fuselage side-panels. Cut the edge of the fuselage side-panels with a knife at a 40 degree angle. Secure them together. The fuselage should look like this after assembly.

Locate two white foam cockpit support strips. Apply the hot melt glue to the cockpit support strips and glue them to the fuselage. Install the left and right fuselage side boards to the fuselage. Locate the right and left fuselage covers.

Apply the hot melt glue to three slots of the fuselage cover. This will make the cover slightly curved for more scale appearance. Wait for at least 3-5 minute until the glue has cured. Glue the fuselage covers to the fuselage. Apply the hot melt glue to the edge of the fuselage.

Locate the battery cover foam parts, two magnets (2*8mm), one wooden bolt (3mm) as shown below. Apply foam glue to the slot and glue the magnet into the slot. Apply the hot melt glue to the round slot of the locking plate.

Apply the hot melt glue to the wood bolt. Cut the edge of the battery bottom plate with a knife at a 30 degree angle so it matches the curvature of the end plate. Secure the wood bolt into the slots of the end plate. Use hot melt glue to secure the end plate onto to the battery cover base.

Locate the battery cover top plate. Apply foam glue to the top of the support strip. Bend the top plate. Apply foam glue to the end of the Secure the top plate to the battery cover. plate as shown. Test fit the battery cover, and cut away any excess foam.

Now the battery cover should fit into the fuselage, secured by the magnet. Locate the magnet and the round foam piece that fits into the magnet opening. The foam piece should go into the opening first, and then put in the magnet. The will allow the magnet to be flush with the plate.

Hold the upper fuselage in shape until the glue has cured. Apply the hot melt glue to end and glue them together as shown below. Locate the upper fuselage end stop foam piece. Use hot melt glue to secure the piece to the upper fuselage.

Test fit the upper fuselage with the lower fuselage. Cut away excess foam from the edge to make it flush. Locate the canopy foam piece. The canopy foam piece needs to be bent into shape. Apply foam glue to secure the upper fuselage to the Test bend the foam, and then trim the edges at angle lower fuselage.

Test fit the canopy on the fuselage. Then trip the edge as needed so the edge of canopy is flush with the fuselage. Apply foam glue to the edge of the canopy and bend them into proper shape. Hold the foam until the glue has cured.

Secure the ESC onto the fuselage with a velcro. Secure the servos into the servo slot of the fuselage with hot melt glue. Locate two 9g servos (not included) and two EZ- connectors. Connect the bent end of the Z-pushrod with the control horns and the other end of the Z-pushrod Install two EZ-connectors to the servo arms.

The CG should be 355mm (14in) from the leading edge of the wing. Control throws should be 30-40 degrees.
