1. Loosen Screw Pins and remove from Shackles, Diagram A.
2. Line up Shackle Holes with Ball Clamp Holes, Diagram B,
back page.
3. Insert and hand-tighten Screw Pins.
4. Check tightness of Ball Clamps.
