Set the Knob of SW1 to the silk screen side on the Switch
Board (the Black Picture Insert Mode to the Record Out
signal).

Set the Knob of SW2 to the opposite side of the silk
screen on the Switch Board (set the ACC to Off mode).
<Start up the WJ-FS616 by the Test Program>

Turn the Power Switch off.

Turn the Power Switch on while pressing the Camera
Selection Buttons/Preset Position Buttons 5, 1 and 6 on
the Front Panel.

The Idle Menu will be displayed on the Video Monitor
which connected on the Spot Output Connector as shown
in Table 3-1.

Executes the Test Programs for each step as follows:
1. Select the Test Program Number by the Camera
Selection Buttons/Preset Position Buttons 1 to 10 and
execute the Camera Selection Button/Preset Position
Button 16.
Note : The Camera Selection Button/Preset Position
Button 10 is used as " 0 ".
2. For example : Execute Program Number 040 Press
the Camera Selection Button/Preset Position Button 4,
10 and 16 sequentially.
Note : Do not need first " 0 ".

Operating Procedure of the Test Programs for each step
as follows:
1. Decrease by one step (–1) from the current value by
the Direction Arrow Button " LEFT " on the Pocket
Board.
2. Increase by one step (+1) from the current value by
the Direction Arrow Button " RIGHT " on the Pocket
Board.

Finishing the Test Programs for each step as follows:
1. The Data decided by pressing the Home/Set Button on
the Pocket Board at once.
Be able to re-adjust the each step in this condition.
Press the Home/Set Button in this condition once
again, return to the Idle mode.
2. Press the Reset Button on the Front Panel, the Data is
not renewed and return to the Idle mode.

Adjust: C958 (H. LOCK-1)

Supply the Colour Bar signal to the Gen-Lock Input
Connector on the Rear Panel.

Connect the Oscilloscope to TP29.

Execute Program Number 097 Press the Camera
Selection Button/Preset Position Button 9, 7 and 16
sequentially.

Make sure that the DC voltage at TP29 is between + 1.5 V
and + 3.5 V.
