Wechsel des Aufsatzes
1. Öffnen Sie die Klemmbacken komplett und entfernen Sie die bewegliche
Klemmbacke. Verwenden Sie den mitgelieferten Sechskantschlüssel, und
lösen Sie damit die auf Bild 1 abgebildete Sicherungsschraube. Entfernen Sie
die Gewindestange mit dem Handgriff.
2. Entfernen Sie die Sechskantschraube, mit der die Schraubzwinge am
Kugelgelenk befestigt ist.
3. Befestigen Sie die Bohrmaschinenhalterung mit der Sechskantschraube am
Kugelgelenk.
4. Setzen Sie die Bohrmaschine in die Bohrmaschinenhalterung und sichern Sie
diese mit der Flügelschraube.
Benutzung
Der Universal-Schraubstock mit Bohrmaschinenhalterung kann als Halterung für
fast alle Bohrmaschinen verwendet werden (Bild 5). Er kann auch als Universal-
schraubstock eingesetzt werden (Bild 6). Der Schraubstockaufsatz kann über das
Kugelgelenk stufenlos geneigt (Bild 7) und um 360° gedreht werden (Bild 8). Zum
Bewegen des Kugelgelenks lösen Sie die am Kugelgelenk angebrachte
Sicherungsschraube (roter Pfeil auf Bild 7) für ca. eine Umdrehung.
Exchanging the Attachment
1. Fully open the vice and remove the slip jaw. Use the provided hex key to
loosen the hex screw as pictured in figure 1. Remove the screw rod and
handle.
2. Remove the hex screw that is holding the vice bed to the ball joint.
3. Use the hex screw to attach the drill clamp to the ball joint.
4. Install the drill in the drill clamp and use the wing nut to secure it in its position.
Using
The universal vice with drill support can be used with almost any standard drills
(figure 5). It also can be used as a universal vice (figure 6). Use the ball joint to
pitch the vice steplessly (7) or to rotate it 360° (figure 8). Untighten the safety
screw at the ball joint (red arrow, figure 7) for approx. one turn in order to move
the ball joint.
