4. Close the lid and firmly press the lid down with both hands on the left
and right side.
5. Press the button VAC Seal STOP (6). The pump starts working and
the air will be sucked from the bag.
6. Close the lid evenly and firmly and keep the lid pressed down until
the lid is sucked airtight. The LED VAC Seal STOP lights up. When
the air is extracted out of the bag, the LED VAC Seal STOP turns
off. Then the button Seal (7) lights up and the bag is automatically
sealed. As soon as the LED turns off, the bag is sealed.
7. Press the releasing button (5) to open the lid.
8. Remove the sealed bag.
Attention: Never touch the heating wire and the welding seam direct-
ly after sealing. Risk of burns!
9. Unplug the unit when not in use.

Fill in Food and seal only

1. Fill the food to be preserved into the bag. Make sure at least 8 cm of
the bag are free above the filling level and the upper part of the bag
is dry and free from food and grease. Also make sure that the bag
edge is cut straight.
2. Open the lid. Make sure the heating wire (3) and the seals (2 and 8)
are clean and free from foreign objects.
3. Place the end of the filled bag in the middle of the vacuum pan (4).
Press excess air out of the bag.
4. Close the lid and firmly press the lid with both hands down.
