Automatic controller controls the operations of the
stirrer. Controller operation boils down to a cyclical activation
and deactivation of the creaming machine motor. The number
of motor activation cycles depends on selected total operating
time, however it is always counted as every 15 minutes of the
stirrer operation corresponds to 1 hour of stoppage ( these are
optimum parameters for the creaming process). For example,
in the cycle with the total duration of 24 hours it means 20
cycles for engine activation of 15 minutes each and 19
stoppage cycles of 1 hour each.
