Instructions for Cleaning

Comply with the national regulations for cleaning bar equipment which are valid at the particular
installation site.
Follow the instructions of the cleaner manufacturer. The risk of serious etching exists when handling liquid
cleaners. Always wear safety glasses and appropriate clothing during cleaning jobs.
The carbonator tank is equipped with a residual emptying connection.
This connection may only be opened after tank has become pressureless, but close CO
and remove air from the tank at security valve.
The device is to be cleaned and emptied by trained specialists only.
